Standard Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return window for standard, non-customized products. This includes our premium Car Care kits, universal Car Accessories, and standard Car Hangings. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be unused, in the same pristine condition that you received them, and kept in their original packaging. Please retain your proof of purchase to ensure a seamless transaction. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund directly to your original payment method.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because we use state-of-the-art Laser Printing, specialized UV Stickers, and precision engineering in our 3D section, custom orders require unique attention. Items tailored specifically to your vehicle—such as customized License Plates, bespoke Accessories Keychains, and personalized Shock Absorber Decals—cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or feature a manufacturing defect. We highly recommend reviewing your custom text, dimensions, and design uploads carefully before finalizing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Your order undergoes rigorous quality checks before leaving our facility. However, if your items are damaged during transit or show clear defects upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number alongside clear photos of the damaged product. We will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund to resolve the issue.
